Effect of Holistic Nursing Mode on Airway Mucosal Injury And Sputum Obstruction in Neurosurgical Tracheotomy
Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing mode on airway mucosal injury and sputum obstruction in patients undergoing tracheotomy in neurosurgery.Methods:Eighty-two patients who underwent tracheotomy in the Department of Neurosurgery,Jinting Hospital,Sihong from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly di-vided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received convention-al nursing mode,and the observation group received holistic nursing mode.The incidence of airway mucosal injury,sputum obstruction and other complications and the overall nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The incidence of airway mucosal injury,sputum obstruction and other complications in the observation group were 7.32%、2.44%and 4.88%respectively,which were lower than those in the control group 24.39%、17.07%and 21.95%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of holistic nursing model in neurosurgery patients with tracheotomy can achieve good clinical effect and help to reduce airway mucosal injury,sputum obstruction and other complications.
