Application of Comprehensive Collaborative Nursing Combined with Closed Tracheal Sputum Aspiration in Patients with Artificial Airway Invasive Ventilation
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive collaborative nursing combined with closed endotracheal sputum aspiration in patients with artificial airway invasive ventilation. Methods:A total of 130 pa-tients receiving invasive artificial airway ventilation in Guangzhou Chest Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were prospectively included and divided into control group and experimental group by random drawing meth-od,with 65 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with closed endotracheal sputum aspiration. The con-trol group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with comprehen-sive collaborative nursing. The incidence of sputum aspiration complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:The incidence of airway mucosal injury,ir-ritating cough and ventilator-associated pneumonia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of hypoxemia and arrhythmia after sputum aspiration was compared be-tween the two groups,P>0.05.The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.85%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.85%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive collaborative nurs-ing combined with closed endotracheal sputum aspiration can effectively reduce the complications related to sputum aspiration and improve nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing artificial airway invasive ventilation.
