Effect of Multidimensional Nursing Mode on Cardiac Function of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To explore the influence of multidimensional nursing mode on cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods:Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the research object, and were divided into WX group and DE group according to the playing card grouping method, with 40 cases in each group.WX group was given routine nursing care, while DE group was given multidimensional nursing care. The cardiac function、quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Comparison of cardiac function indexes between the two groups:Before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,LVEF in DE group was higher than that in WX group, and LVEDD and LVESD were shorter than that in WX group,P<0.05.Comparison of SF-36 scores between the two groups:After nursing, the scores of DE group were higher than those of WX group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfac-tion of DE group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than that of WX group 80.00%(32/40),P<0.05.Conclusion:Multi-dimensional nursing mode can improve the cardiac function and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
