Correlation between Tumor Markers CA19-9 and CEA Levels And Bilirubin Levels in Patients with Gallstones And Cholecystitis
Objective:To analyze the correlation between tumor markers CA19-9 and CEA levels and bilirubin levels in pa-tients with gallstones and cholecystitis. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 104 patients with gallstones and cholecystitis admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to May 2024.As the observation group,104 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the hospital physical examination center during the same period served as the control group.Serum samples were collected from two groups, and serum levels of CA19-9、CEA、TBIL and DBIL were detec-ted,and the correlation between CA19-9、CEA levels and bilirubin levels in patients with gallstones and cholecystitis was analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group, the CEA level in the observation group was,P>0.05.The levels of CA19-9、TBIL and DBIL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,respectively,P<0.05;Af-ter treatment, the levels of CA19-9、CEA、TBIL and DBIL in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,P<0.05.The levels of serum CA19-9 and CEA in the observation group were positively correlated with the levels of TBIL and DBIL.Conclusion:The serum levels of CA119-9、TBIL and DBIL in patients with cholelithia-sis and cholecystitis are on the rise, and CA19-9 and CEA are positively correlated with bilirubin levels, which can be used for the diagnosis and condition evaluation of cholelithiasis or biliary diseases.
