Effects of Dexmedetomidine on Hemodynamic Parameters And Th1/Th2 Balance in Patients with Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy
Objective:To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine on hemodynamics and Th1Th2 balance in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:80 cases of laparoscopic total hysterectomy admitted to Gansu Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine anesthesia, and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine on the basis of the control group.Hemodynamics、anesthesia-related indexes、Th1 and Th2 levels were compared between the two groups. Results:At T1、T2 and T3,the levels of SBP、DBP and HR in both groups increased, and the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group, the extubation time and the indoor stay time of anesthesia recovery in the observation group were shorter,P<0.05.After anesthesia, the levels of IL-10 and Th2 in the two groups decreased, and the levels of IL-2,Th1 and Th1/Th2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine is more helpful to maintain hemodynamic stability, improve anesthesia effect and adjust the bal-ance of Th1 and Th2 in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.
