Effect of Executive Function Training Combined with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Social Function of Autistic Children
Objective:To explore the effect of executive function training combined with transcranial magnetic stimula-tion on social function of autistic children. Methods:Eighty autistic children admitted to Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospi-tal from January 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 ca-ses in each group. The control group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with routine reha-bilitation training, while the observation group was given functional training on the basis of the control group.Behav-ioral symptoms[Autism Behavior Scale(ABC)]and social function[Social Response Scale(SRS)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:Before the intervention, the scores of ABC and SRS in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After 6 weeks of intervention, the scores of ABC factors, total score and SRS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Executive function training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can achieve good intervention effect, improve children's symptoms and behaviors, and improve children's social function.
