Clinical Value of Combined Detection of TroponinⅠ、N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide、High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein And Procalcitonin in the Diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome
Objective:To explore the value of combined detection of troponin I(cTnⅠ)、N-terminal pro-brain na-triuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)、High-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome.Methods:34 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the observation group.34 healthy people in the same period were randomly selected as the control group. The levels of cTnⅠ、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP and PCT were compared between the two groups, and the diagnostic efficiency of joint index detection was analyzed. Results:the levels of cTnⅠ、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP and PCT in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The accuracy and sensitivity of combined indexes in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome were 97.06%(66/68)and 97.06%(33/34),which were higher than those of single indexes(P<0.05).The speci-ficity of combined diagnosis was compared with that of single detection(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of cTnⅠ、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP and PCT is more effective in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome, which is beneficial to the development of disease treatment.
