Diagnostic Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT Postprocessing Technology in Orbital Traumatic Fracture
Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT postprocessing technology in the clin-ical diagnosis of orbital traumatic fracture. Methods:From January 2023 to July 2024,100 patients with orbital trau-matic fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was examined by conventional multi-slice spiral CT,and the observation group was examined by multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technol-ogy.The detection rate, diagnostic error rate and diagnostic coincidence rate of orbital traumatic fracture were com-pared between the two groups. Results:In the observation group,49 cases of fracture were detected, but none was detected, with a detection rate of 98%and an undetected rate of 2%.In the control group,41 cases of fracture were detected, and 9 cases were not detected, with the detection rate of 82%and the undetected rate of 18%.The detec-tion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the undetected rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology shows high ap-plication value in the diagnosis of orbital traumatic fractures, and can effectively judge the types of traumatic frac-tures of patients.
