The Application of TCD in Monitoring Changes in Blood Flow after Detecting Cerebral Vascular Stenosis
Objective:To explore the application effect of transcranial Doppler(TCD)in monitoring blood flow chan-ges after cerebral vascular stenosis, and to evaluate its influence on clinical treatment decision. Methods:This study included 60 patients with cerebrovascular stenosis diagnosed in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from May 2023 to March 2024.All patients received continuous TCD monitoring before entering the group, including blood flow velocity、blood flow direction and spectral morphology, and recorded parameters to evaluate the hemody-namic changes after cerebrovascular stenosis.Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the collected data, including T-test、analysis of variance(ANOVA)and correlation analysis. Results:TCD monitoring results showed that the blood flow velocity of cerebral vessels in patients with severe stenosis increased significantly(P<0.01),and the spectral morphology changed significantly, including turbulence and diastolic blood flow rever-sal.Statistical analysis shows that the blood flow velocity after cerebrovascular stenosis is positively correlated with the degree of vascular stenosis. Conclusion:TCD monitoring provides important information for blood flow changes after cerebrovascular stenosis, and is of great value in guiding clinical treatment and evaluating prognosis.
