目的 探讨基于维护数据分析及思维导图方法研究直线加速器的故障预防与控制.方法 剖析XHA600D型医用直线加速器的基本结构、运用原理.对2019-2022年XHA600D型医用直线加速器实际使用中的故障进行具体图表分类统计、分析,利用思维导图对直线加速器使用中的故障按照3种风险因素进行归纳,进一步概括在加速器的使用及维护环节应重点关注的风险点及对应的控制措施.结果 2023年,XHA600D型医用直线加速器的开机率为99.24%,较2019-2022年的94.93%提升了4.31%.结论 基于维护数据分析及思维导图方法对直线加速器故障的风险点进行准确的归纳分析,结合已产生的设备故障及问题,注意设备的维护和保养,有助于保障科室的正常使用.
Fault Prevention And Control of Linear Accelerator is Studied based on Maintenance Data Analysis And Mind Mapping
Objective:To study the fault prevention and control of linear accelerator based on maintenance data analy-sis and mind map method.Methods:The basic structure and operation principle of XHA600D medical linear acceler-ator were analyzed.The faults of XHA600D medical linear accelerator in actual use from 2019 to 2022 are classified and analyzed by specific charts.The faults of linear accelerator in use are summarized according to three risk factors by using mind map,and the risk points that should be paid attention to in the use and maintenance of accelerator and the corresponding control measures are further summarized.Results:In 2023,the operating rate of XHA600D medi-cal linear accelerator was 99.24%,which was 4.31%higher than 94.93%in 2019-2022.Conclusion:Based on the maintenance data analysis and mind map method,the risk points of linear accelerator failure are accurately summa-rized and analyzed,and combined with the existing equipment failures and problems,attention should be paid to e-quipment maintenance,which is helpful to ensure the normal use of departments.
