ApplicationValue of Troponin T、High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein And D-dimer in Differential Diagnosis of Cardiogenic Chest Pain
Objective:To study the value of troponin T(cTnT)、high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and D-dimer(D-D)in differential diagnosis of cardiogenic chest pain(CCP).Methods:100 patients with acute chest pain diagnosed and treated in Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University(First People's Hospital of Shunde District,Foshan City)were selected and divided into cardiogenic chest pain group(CCP group,n=57)and noncar-diac chest pain group(NCCP group,n=43)according to the etiology.CTnT、hs-CRP and D-D were detected in the two groups, and the expression levels of the above indexes were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of each in-dex for CCP was analyzed by ROC curve. Results:The expression levels of cTnT、hs-CRP and D-D in CCP group were higher than those in NCCP group,P<0.05.The ROC curve showed that the AUC of cTnT、hs-CRP and D-D in the diagnosis of CCP were 0.799、0.761 and 0.854 respectively, and the AUC of the combined detection of CT-NT、HS-CRP and D-D was 0.929,which was relatively higher in sensitivity and specificity(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:the combined detection of cTnT、hs-CRP and D-D has high application value in early differential diagnosis of CCP.
