Analysis of the Efficacy of Secondary Electric Resection of Transurethral Bladder Tumors in Non-myometrial Invasive Bladder Cancer
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of secondary electroresection of transurethral bladder tumors in pa-tients with non-myoinvasive bladder cancer. Methods:One hundred and twenty-four patients with non-myome-trial invasive bladder cancer who were treated in the hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.64 patients in the control group received transurethral resection of bladder tumor, and 60 patients in the observation group received transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Observe the surgical index,im-mune index and recurrence of the two groups. Results:The blood loss, operation time and indwelling catheter time between the two groups were compared,P>0.05.Before treatment,IgA、IgG、CD4+、CD8+and CD4+/CD8+were compared between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment,IgA、IgG、CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group, while CD8+was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.33%(5/60),while that of the control group was 21.88%(14/64),and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:The curative effect of sec-ondary electric resection of urinary bladder tumor is good, which can effectively improve the immune function of pa-tients with non-muscle layer invasive bladder cancer, and reduce the long-term recurrence.
