Effect of Total Nutrition Management Based on Motivational Behavior Transformation on Reducing Cancer-Related Fatigue in Colorectal Cancer Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of whole-course nutrition management based on motivational behavior transformation on reducing cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced colorectal cancer undergoing continuous chemotherapy by chemotherapy pump.Methods:114 patients with advanced colorectal cancer-related fatigue admit-ted to tongji hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from Feb-ruary 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 57 patients in each group.The control group was intervened by routine nursing measures,while the experimental group was intervened by whole-course nutrition management based on the transformation of motivation and behavior.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the levels of HB、TRF and ALB、scores of self-improvement、optimism and tenacity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while scores of physical fatigue、emo-tional fatigue and cognitive fatigue were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reac-tions in the experimental group(3.51%)was lower than that in the control group(17.54%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Whole-course nutrition management based on motivational behavior transformation can reduce cancer-related fa-tigue of patients with advanced colorectal cancer,improve their nutritional status and reduce adverse reactions.
