Effect of Health Education Based on Information Technology on Patients Undergoing Daytime Surgery And Its Influence on Compliance
Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on information technology in patients undergoing daytime surgery and its influence on compliance.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,90 patients with daytime operation in Gaozhou People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group ac-cording to different nursing methods,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given routine nursing combined with health education based on information technolo-gy.The level of health knowledge,anxiety and stress were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the mastery rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After the in-tervention,the S-AI and SAS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the CPSS scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and the de-crease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing information-based health education for patients undergoing day surgery can increase their health mastery,significant-ly improve anxiety symptoms and reduce the overall psychological stress level.
