摘要
近些年来,肛肠科疾病发病率呈现出逐年上升的趋势.手术是肛肠疾病最常见的治疗方法,但由于肛门位置特殊,肛周含菌量较高,易导致术后创面出现反复感染.临床研究发现,湿润烧伤膏能有效促进混合痔、肛周脓肿、肛瘘、肛裂等肛肠疾病术后创面的愈合,缓解疼痛,预防感染,提高预后效果.本文对基于"去腐生肌"理论探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗肛肠术后创面的应用现状及机制进行综述.
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of anorectal diseases has been increasing year by year.Surgery is the most common treatment for anorectal diseases,but due to the special location of the anus and the high amount of perianal bacteria,it is easy to lead to recurrent wound infection after surgery.Clinical studies have found that MEBO can effectively promote the wound healing of mixed hemorrhoids、perianal abscess、anal fistula、anal fissure and other anorectal diseases after operation,relieve pain,prevent infection,and improve prognosis.This article mainly reviews the application status and mechanism of moist burn ointment in the treatment of postoperative wounds after anorectal surgery based on the theory of"saprophytic muscle".
