摘要
目的 探讨黄连温胆汤联合常规西药治疗肺炎的疗效及对症状、炎性因子的影响.方法 选择2023年4月至2024年3月期间广州市越秀区建设街社区卫生服务中心收治的70例肺炎患者,按照抽签法分为对照组(头孢曲松钠及桉柠蒎溶软胶囊)和观察组(对照组基础上联合黄连温胆汤),每组35例.比较两组的疗效、中医证候积分、炎性因子及不良反应.结果 观察组疗效优于对照组,治疗后的中医证候积分及血清CRP、PCT、WBC均低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 黄连温胆汤联合常规西药治疗肺炎患者的疗效确切,可改善其症状,抑制炎性因子表达.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with conventional western medicine on pneumonia and its influence on symptoms and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 70 pa-tients with pneumonia admitted to Jianjianjie Community Health Service Center,Yuexiu District,Guangzhou from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group(ceftriaxone sodium and eucalyptus limpinyl softgel capsules)and observation group(combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction)according to lot method,with 35 cases in each group.The curative effect、TCM syndrome score、inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and serum CRP、PCT and WBC were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with conventional western medi-cine has definite curative effect on pneumonia patients,which can improve their symptoms and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
