Discussion on the Relationship between Vitamin D Nutritional Status And Children's Height Development
Objective:To explore the relationship between vitamin d nutritional status and children's height develop-ment.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2024,80 children who underwent normal physical examination in the hospital were given nutrition-related indicators and physical indicators.According to the test results of vitamin D level, children were divided into normal group and insufficient group, and the factors affecting children's height de-velopment were summarized. Results:The level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in normal children was higher than that in deficient children, and their height and weight were higher than those in deficient children,P<0.05.Children's physical development indexes such as height and weight were positively correlated with vitamin D level(P<0.05).Older age、higher body mass index、fish intake<10 g/d、egg intake<30 g/d and outdoor exercise time<30 min/d are all risk factors affecting children's vitamin D level(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nutritional status of children is influenced by many factors, and the incidence of vitamin D deficiency in children is certain. In this re-gard,we can improve the level of vitamin D by strengthening the intake of fish, eggs and other foods and increasing outdoor exercise time to ensure the healthy growth and development of children.
