Analysis of the Impact of Ticagrelor Intervention on the Incidence of Complications in PCI Treatment of Elderly ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To analyze the effect of Tigrelor intervention on the incidence of complications in elderly patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:Fifty elderly patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to Sihong Zhongda Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin-assisted PCI,while the observation group was treated with Tegrelor-assisted PCI.The cardiac function, inflammatory factors and the inci-dence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment, the levels of cardiac function and inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment, the cardiac function of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the level of in-flammatory factors was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Tegrelor can significantly improve the cardi-ac function, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and reduce complications in elderly patients with ST-segment el-evation myocardial infarction treated by PCI.
