摘要
目的 观察快速康复外科(FTS)理念在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2023年1月至2023年6月期间在温州市中心医院行妇科恶性肿瘤手术的60例患者,为对照组,接受常规护理;选择2023年7月至2023年12月期间在医院行妇科恶性肿瘤手术的60例患者,为观察组,实施FTS理念护理.比较两组患者的围手术期指标、免疫功能及护理满意度.结果 观察组患者围手术期指标均显著优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者术后7 d免疫功能指标均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度各方面评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 采取FTS理念的护理干预可有效促进妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后康复,提高患者术后免疫功能与护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of FTS in gynecological malignant tumor patients.Methods:60 pa-tients who underwent gynecological malignant tumor surgery in Wenzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the control group and received routine care.60 patients who underwent gynecological malignant tumor sur-gery in the hospital from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and FTS concept nursing was implemented.The perioperative indicators,immune function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The perioperative indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The indexes of immune function in the observation group were better than those in the control group 7 days after operation,P<0.05.The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nursing intervention with FTS concept can effectively promote postopera-tive rehabilitation of patients with gynecological malignant tumor,and improve postoperative immune function and nursing satisfaction.
