Effect of Targeted Health Guidance on Prognosis of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted health guidance on prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute cer-ebral infarction admitted to Baoying People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group, with 44 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine treatment meas-ures,while the experimental group was given targeted health guidance. The blood sugar level and prognosis index of cere-bral infarction were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the three blood sugar indexes and neuro-logical function scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group, and the limb function score was significantly higher than that in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Targeted health guidance can obviously regu-late the blood sugar level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction, and can effec-tively improve the neurological function and limb function of patients.
