Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Low-dose Inhaled Budesonide on Bronchial Asthma in Children
Objective:To study the effect of low dose inhaled budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma in chil-dren.Methods:100 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Feb-ruary 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine drugs, while the study group was treated with low-dose budes-onide inhalation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the curative effect of the study group was higher,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.The disappearance time of lung shadow、dyspnea、cough and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment, the levels of PCT、TNF-α and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The lung function indexes of the two groups were compared before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment, the lung function indexes FEV1、FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Low-dose inhaled budesonide is safe and effective in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma, which can improve children's lung function, speed up the regression of symptoms and promote the regression of inflammatory reaction.
