Observation on the Efficacy And Safety of Different 5-HT3 Combined with Olanzapine in Preventing Nausea And Vomiting Caused by Chemotherapy
Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of different 5-HT3 combined with olanzapine in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.Methods:103 patients undergoing chemotherapy in the day chemotherapy center of the Third People's Hospital of Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(51 cases)was given dorasetron+dexamethasone+olanzapine;52 cases in the observation group were treated with tropisetron+dexamethasone+olanzapine. The clinical efficacy、incidence of adverse reactions and life function index of the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before the intervention, the FLIE scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After the intervention, the FLIE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Tro-pisetron+Dexamethasone+Olanzapine is effective and safe in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemothera-py,and it is helpful to improve the life function of patients.
