Clinical Treatment Analysis of PVP And PKP in Patients with Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures
Objective:To explore the comparison of the clinical effects of PVP and PKP treatment in patients with vertebral compression fractures due to osteoporosis. Methods:From May 2022 to May 2023 136 patients with osteo-porotic vertebral compression fractures were selected Xiji County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guyuan City Ningxia.According to the operation method, they were divided into two groups, the control group(68 cases)re-ceived PVP treatment, and the observation group(68 cases)received PKP treatment. The clinical efficacy、clinical in-dexes、bone mineral density and spinal condition of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:Compared with the total effective rate of the two groups,P>0.05.The operation time、bone cement injection、hospitalization time and total fluoroscopy times in the observation group were less,P<0.05.Before treatment, the bone mineral density of femoral head and lower lumbar spine of the two groups was compared,P>0.05;After treatment, the bone mineral density of femoral head and lower lumbar spine in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.Before treatment, the fractures and injuries of the two are similar,P>0.05;After treatment,in the observation group, the data of the anterior edge was(24.89±1.13)mm,the intervertebral space was(1.66±0.26)mm,and the height of the middle of the injured vertebra(21.13±1.23)mm were higher than(21.05±1.22)mm,intervertebral space(1.26±1.01)mm,and the height of the middle of the injured vertebra(19.22±1.15)mm in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy achieved with PVP and PKP is similar, but PKP has more advantages in op-timizing clinical indexes and improving patients'bone mineral density and spinal condition.
