温针灸联合通痹活络汤在改善脑梗死恢复期患者运动功能及神经功能中的应用

目的 以脑梗死恢复期病人为基础,对温针灸、通痹活络汤联用的价值加以分析,并评估其在运动、神经功能中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年12月徐州市中医院老年医学科收治的80例脑梗死恢复期患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例给予通痹活络汤治疗,观察组40例给予温针灸联合通痹活络汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、肢体运动功能、神经功能和中医证候积分。结果 在治疗有效性方面,观察组的指标表现更加理想,相较于对照组,P<0。05,在中医证候积分、NIHSS与FMA评分维度,也是观察组指标更加理想,相较于对照组,P<0。05。结论 温针灸联合通痹活络汤能有效缓解脑梗死恢复期患者临床症状,改善其运动功能,促进其神经功能恢复,获得较好的临床疗效。
Application of Warming Acupuncture And Moxibustion Combined with Tongbi Huoluo Decoction in Improving Motor Function And Nerve Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction in Recovery Stage
Objective:Based on the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction,the value of the combination of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and Tongbi Huoluo Decoction was analyzed,and its application effect in motor and neurological functions was evaluated.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,80 patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with Tongbi Huoluo decoction,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Tongbi Huoluo decoction.The clinical efficacy,limb motor function,nerve function and TCM syn-drome score of the two groups were compared.Results:In terms of treatment effectiveness,the observation group showed more ideal indicators,with P<0.05 compared to the control group.In terms of TCM syndrome score,NIHSS,and FMA score dimensions,the observation group also had more ideal indicators,with P<0.05 compared to the control group.Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with Tongbi Huoluo decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence,improve their motor function,promote the recovery of their neurological function,and obtain better clinical effect.
