Effect Evaluation of Evidence-Based Nursing Intervention on Improving Negative Emotions And Quality of Life of Patients with Crohn's Disease
Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on improving the quality of life and negative emotions in patients with Crohn's disease.Methods:76 patients with Crohn's disease were selected as the re-search object,all of whom were included from January 2023 to January 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group.Conventional nursing was applied to the control group,and the research group received evidence-based nursing intervention.The psychological mood,quality of life and coping style of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the psychological and emotional(SAS、SDS)scores of the study group were all lower than those of the control group,the scores of eight quality of life were higher than those of the control group,the scores of coping style(MCMQ)were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of submission and avoidance were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with Crohn's disease can improve their negative emotions and quality of life,make them face the disease positively and enhance their confidence in rehabilitation.
