Application Value of Whole Course Green Channel Nursing in Emergency Treatment of Febrile Convulsion in Children
Objective:Objective To discuss the significance of green channel nursing treatment in children.Methods:1095 children with febrile convulsions admitted to Women and Children's Medical Center Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical Uni-versity from September 2022 to March 2024 were divided into two groups by"random number method".In the control group,547 cases adopted routine first aid measures,and 548 cases in the observation group adopted whole-course green channel nursing measures.Clinical indicators and body temperature were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,fever decreased,convulsions disappeared,hospitalization and emergency treatment were shortened,P<0.05.Comparing the body temperature of the two groups 1 h after nursing,the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Whole-course green channel nursing can stabilize the body temperature of children with febrile convulsion,accelerate the disappearance of convulsion symptoms and improve the overall prognosis of children.
