Application of ADOPT Model Combined with Family Participatory Continuity Nursing in Postoperative Shoulder Joint Functional Exercise of Rotator Cuff Repair Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of ADOPT joint family's participatory continuous nursing in shoulder joint functional exercise after rotator cuff repair.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent rotator cuff repair in the Department of Orthopedics,Taixing People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group adopted family partici-pation continuous nursing care,while the observation group adopted ADOPT mode and joint family participation continuous nursing care,compare the intervention effect.Results:The overall rehabilitation compliance of the obser-vation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Constant-Murley score and Barthel index score were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting ADOPT mode and joint family's participatory continuous nursing in shoulder joint functional exercise after rotator cuff repair can effec-tively improve patients'rehabilitation compliance and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function and self-care ability.
