Application of High-Quality Nursing in Nursing Care of Patients with Sinusitis And Nasal Polyps after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
Objective:To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:74 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who received endoscopic sinus surgery in the Second Hospital of Jilin University from January 2023 to February 2024 were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Re-sults:The symptom score of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and their psychological mood and quality of life were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can improve the symptoms and negative emotions of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses,reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
