The Value of Applying Rehabilitation Nursing Combined Functional Exercise in Postoperative Nursing of Craniocerebral Trauma Patients
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise in postopera-tive nursing of patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:From November 2022 to December 2023,60 patients with craniocerebral trauma in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received postoperative rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise.The limb function,activities of daily living and complications of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After the intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of motor function and activity of daily living of patients in the observation group were higher,and the incidence of complications was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise in postoperative nursing care of patients with craniocerebral trauma can improve their limb function,im-prove their daily activities and reduce postoperative complications.
