Nursing Effect of Systematic Nursing on Neonatal Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia in NICU
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of systematic nursing on neonates with ventilator-associated pneumonia in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:One hundred and six neonates with ventilator-associ-ated pneumonia admitted to NICU of Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University from January,2023 to A-pril,2024 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission to ICU.Fifty-three patients who en-tered NICU first served as the control group and received routine nursing.53 cases who later entered NICU were the intervention group,and they were given systematic nursing.The rehabilitation of the two groups was com-pared.Results:The clinical indexes,blood gas analysis indexes,inflammatory factors and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Systematic nursing care of neonatal ventilator-associated lung in NICU can achieve good results,effectively control the level of inflammation,improve hypoxia and promote their recovery as soon as possible.
