Application of Thunder-fire Moxibustion in TCM Nursing of Vertigo Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis
Objective:To analyze the application of thunder-fire moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine nursing of vertigo patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:60 patients with dizziness due to qi deficiency and blood stasis admitted to Gaozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group received traditional Chinese medicine routine nursing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion,while the control group re-ceived traditional Chinese medicine routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Re-sults:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After inter-vention,the improvement degree of left and right vertebral artery and basilar artery was better than that of the con-trol group,and the scores of DHI-S and DARS were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve arterial blood flow and improve the curative effect of vertigo patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
