Application Analysis of Outcome-oriented Zero Defect Nursing in Patients with Abdominal Infection Complicated with Intestinal Fistula
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of outcome-oriented zero defect nursing in patients with abdominal infection and intestinal fistula. Methods:From April 2022 to April 2023,49 patients with abdominal infection complicated with intestinal fistula were selected and divided into observation group(24 cases)and control group(25 cases)by envelope method. The observation group was given zero defect nursing guided by outcome, while the control group was given routine nursing. The levels of inflammatory factors and healing of the two groups were compared. Results:After 5 days of nursing, the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group decreased significantly, and the decrease was significantly greater than that in the control group,P<0.05.The healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Zero defect nursing with outcome orientation can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with abdominal infection complicated with intestinal fistula, improve the healing situation of patients and shorten the healing time.
