Practical Effect of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test in Nursing Management of Cardiopulmonary Chronic Diseases
Objective:To analyze the practical effect of cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)in nursing management of chronic cardiopulmonary diseases.Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,80 patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group received personalized nursing management based on CPET results on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the related in-dexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the scores of various dimen-sions of quality of life were higher than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of CPET in nursing management of chronic cardiopulmonary disea-ses is helpful to improve patients'cardiopulmonary function,exercise endurance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
