The Application Effect of High-quality Nursing in Coronary Heart Disease Nursing And Its Influence on Patients'Quality of Life
Objective:Exploring the clinical effects of high-quality nursing in coronary heart disease care and its im-pact on patients'quality of life.Methods:Select 60 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated at Guang-dong Provincial People's Hospital and Guangdong Academy of Medical Sciences from March 2023 to March 2024,and divide them into two groups through a random and blind method.Each group has 30 cases,with the control group receiving conventional nursing intervention and the observation group receiving quality nursing intervention.Assess the differences in quality of life and satisfaction between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores for quality of life and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05)..Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing care for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the quality of life of patients and increase the satisfaction of nursing service.
