Evaluation of the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Neurological Recovery And Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Minimally
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of neurological function and quality of life of patients after minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:From April 2022 to April 2023,60 patients with minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medi-cal University were selected and divided into control group and exploration group according to the odd and even numbers of medical visits,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the analy-sis group received comprehensive care,and the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The NIHSS score of the exploration group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<50.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function of patients undergoing minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage surgery and significantly improve their quality of life.
