Effect ofSystematic Nursing Intervention on Compliance Behavior of Patients after Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The study period was from January 2021 to January 2022.One hundred patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected from the Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital of General Hospi-tal of Ningxia Medical University and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given systematic nursing.Evaluate the behavior of following the doctor's advice in two groups.Results:Among the eight doctor's compliance behaviors in the two groups,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in taking medi-cine on time,monitoring blood pressure、reasonable diet、forbidding smoking and alcohol、reasonable work and rest、emotional stability、rehabilitation training and regular review,P<0.05.Conclusion:Systematic nursing intervention can improve the doctor's compliance behavior of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation and help improve the prognosis of patients.
