Investigation on Nurses'Willingness to"Internet+Nursing Service"in Community Health Service Center And Analysis of Influencing Factors
Objective:To investigate and analyze nurses'willingness to"internet+Nursing Service"in community health service centers and its influencing factors.Methods:From January 2024 to June 2023,196 nurses from 14 community health service centers in Minhang District were investigated,and their willingness rate to"internet plus Nursing Service"was observed,and the relationship between nurses'general information and willingness rate was analyzed.One nurse was randomly selected from 14 community health service centers to conduct focus group inter-views.Results:The willingness rate of 196 nurses to"internet+Nursing Service"was 54.08%.The willingness rate of nurses with different academic qualifications and professional titles to"internet+Nursing Service"was compared,P>0.05;The willingness rate of male nurses was higher than that of female nurses,P<0.05.The will-ingness rate of nurses aged 30 and above was higher,P<0.05.The willingness rate of nurses with 5-14 years was higher,P<0.05.The willingness rate of contract nurses to"internet+Nursing Service"was higher,P<0.05.The willingness rate of married nurses to"internet+Nursing Service"was higher,P<0.05.The willingness rate of nurses with≥2 children to"internet+Nursing Service"was higher,P<0.05.The willingness rate of nurses with good cognition to"internet+Nursing Service"was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:The willingness rate of nurses in Minhang District Community Health Service Center to"internet+Nursing Service"is low.Gender、age、working years、employment mode、marital status、number of children and cognition of"internet+Nursing Service"can all affect the willingness rate of nurses in community health service centers to"internet+Nursing Service".After the interview,the topics were condensed as follows insufficient human resources for community nursing、worrying about personal safety、great difficulty in nursing and dissatisfaction with performance distribution.
