摘要
食品安全关系着广大人民的身体健康,因此,食品安全信息化进程需持续推进.现在市场上OCR技术应用广泛,在现有OCR技术在食品行业广泛应用基础下,对食品产地溯源,为消费者提供保障;对食品配料表进行安全成分分析,为消费者提供参考;以及对营养成分表进行解析,方便食品用户更好的了解具体食品,做出正确的选择,推进消费者与食品行业双赢局面.
Abstract
Food safety is related to the health of the general public,therefore,the process of food safety informatization needs to be continuously promoted.Now OCR technology is widely used in the market,based on the existing OCR technology widely used in the food industry,the traceability of food origin,to provide protection for consumers;food ingredients list for safe composition analysis,to provide reference for consumers;and nutritional analysis of the nutritional composition table,to facilitate the food users to better understand the specific food,to make the right choice,and to promote a win-win situation for both consumers and the food industry.
