本文主要对LiNbO3 MZ强度调制器基本工作原理和调制特性进行了理论分析,研究了工作点漂移机理及目前常用的偏压控制方法,通过对目前常用的偏压控制方法的调研与对比,了解各方法的优缺点,为后续外调制的开发及偏压控制方案选型提供指导方向.
Research on External Modulation Bias Control Method
This paper focuses on the theoretical analysis of the basic working principle and modulation characteristics of LiNbO3 MZ intensity modulator,the study of the operating point drift mechanism and the current commonly used bias control methods,through the investigation and comparison of the current commonly used bias control methods,to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each method,for the development of the subsequent external modulation and the selection of the bias control scheme to provide guidance for the direction of the development of the subsequent external modulation and bias control scheme selection.
