有限元分析作为一种先进的计算机仿真技术,已经成为机械结构设计优化和性能改进的常用方法.本文即以挖掘机斗杆结构优化、液压机上横梁结构优化为例,探讨了基于有限元分析的机械结构优化和性能改进的方法.首先针对挖掘机斗杆的结构进行建模,选取优化设计变量和约束条件,进行结构优化计算并分析结果,得到改进后的挖掘机斗杆结构.然后针对液压机上横梁的结构进行建模和仿真,通过模拟得出液压机上横梁的应力分布和位移情况,并进行优化改进,得到改进后的液压机上横梁结构.
Optimization and Performance Improvement of Mechanical Structure Based on Finite Element Analysis
As an advanced computer simulation technology,finite element analysis(FEA)has become a common method for optimization and performance improvement of mechanical structure design.In this paper,we take the optimization of excavator bucket bar structure and the optimization of hydraulic press upper crossbeam structure as examples to discuss the optimization and performance improvement of mechanical structure based on finite element analysis.Firstly,the structure of excavator bucket bar is modeled,optimized design variables and constraints are selected,structural optimization calculations are carried out and the results are analyzed to obtain the improved structure of excavator bucket bar.Then the structure of the upper crossbeam of the hydraulic press is modeled and simulated,and the stress distribution and displacement of the upper crossbeam of the hydraulic press are obtained through simulation,and the optimization and improvement are carried out to obtain the improved structure of the upper crossbeam of the hydraulic press.
