一款室内外一体化电动智能晾衣架设计

目的:设计一款以解决日常生活中繁琐的晾衣、收衣工作,安装于阳台天花板上敏捷感应外界环境变化依此回收衣物的智能晾衣装置.方法:由伞支架伸缩机构、同步旋转衣架机构和旋转臂机构组成智能晾衣装置.中伞支架伸缩机构电机、伞支架、曲柄和滚珠丝杠组成;收缩时三段伞支架可折叠成一段之长;同步旋转机构由舵机、长杆、连接片和方形转块组成,可避免伞支架旋转时的衣物碰撞;旋转臂机构由舵机、垂杆、固定环、推力球轴承和法兰直线轴承组成,以旋转运动将衣物转移至窗外.结果:当晾衣装置感测到天黑及恶劣天气时能智能回收以防止忘收后衣物潮湿或暴晒.结论:弥补了市场现有产品智能化水平低、成本较高、自然资源利用率低等问题,同时实现了产品的智能自动化控制.
Design of an Indoor-Outdoor Integrated Electric Intelligent Clothes Drying Rack
Objective:To design an intelligent clothes drying device to solve the tedious work of drying and collecting clothes in daily life,and install it on the ceiling of balcony to agilely sense the changes of the external environment and collect the clothes accordingly.Methods:The intelligent clothes drying device is composed of an umbrella support telescopic mechanism,a synchronized rotating hanger mechanism and a rotating arm mechanism.In the umbrella bracket telescopic mechanism motor,umbrella bracket,crank and ball screw composition;contraction of the three sections of the umbrella bracket can be folded into a section of the length of the synchronous rotating mechanism consists of servo,long rod,connecting piece and square rotary block,can avoid the umbrella bracket rotation of the clothes collision;rotating arm mechanism consists of servo,pendant rod,fixed ring,thrust ball bearings and flange linear bearings,to rotate the movement of clothing will be transferred to the outside of the window.Result:When the clothes drying device senses darkness and bad weather it can intelligently recover to prevent the clothes from getting wet or exposed after forgetting to collect them.Conclusion:It makes up for the problems of low level of intelligence,high cost and low utilization of natural resources of the existing products in the market,and at the same time realizes the intelligent automation control of the products.
