摘要
新闻编辑便是核心岗位之一,其负责新闻素材的收集与处理,一旦能力不足会导致新闻质量下降,故而需要其具备信息化素养,结合融媒体时代特性,强化技术应用能力,适应多平台工作模式.基于此,本文通过分析新闻编辑所应具备的创新意识和融合能力,明确主要的提升路径,以期稳定工作模式,达到预期效果.
Abstract
News editor is one of the core positions,it is responsible for the collection and processing of news materials,once the ability is not enough will lead to a decline in the quality of the news,so it is necessary to have information technology literacy,combined with the characteristics of the era of integrated media,to strengthen the ability to apply technology to adapt to the multi-platform work mode.Based on this,this paper analyzes the innovative consciousness and integration ability that news editors should have,and clarifies the main promotion path in order to stabilize the working mode and achieve the expected results.
