基于物联网技术的三维地下管网监测预警系统设计

目前,大多数城市的地下管网系统运行维护管理水平低下,导致资源浪费严重,一直处于"被动式"管理的状态。将BIM技术与地下管网监测系统的融合,成为一种新的地下管网监测管理的形式。[1]首先,分析BIM技术的特点与标准,基于地下管网,使用BIM核心建模软件Revit完成对学校地下供水管网的三维模型绘制。并通过对模型碰撞检查分析,对上述模型做深度精细化处理,以提高模型精确度。然后,运用HTML5、CSS与JavaScript等技术,选取Forge作为主要平台,进行对地下管网BIM模型的轻量化处理,通过Web编译,最终实现BIM轻量化模型在Web端的显示。通过对给水管网和供热管网的监测功能分析,选取合适的监测设备,对模型数据实时监测实现过程进行设计。
Design of Three-dimensional Underground Pipe Network Monitoring and Early Warning System Based on Internet of Things Technology
At present,the operation and maintenance management level of the underground pipeline network system in most of the cities is low,which leads to a serious waste of resources and has been in the state of"passive"management.The integration of BIM technology and underground pipe network monitoring system has become a new form of underground pipe network monitoring and management.[1]First of all,analyze the characteristics and standards of BIM technology,based on the underground pipe network,using BIM core modeling software Revit to complete the school underground water supply pipe network three-dimensional model drawing.And through the analysis of model collision checking,we do the depth refinement processing on the above model to improve the model accuracy.Then,using HTML5,CSS and JavaScript technologies and selecting Forge as the main platform,the BIM model of the underground pipe network is lightweighted,and through Web compilation,the BIM lightweight model is finally displayed on the Web.By analyzing the monitoring function of water supply pipe network and heating pipe network,we select suitable monitoring equipment and design the process of real-time monitoring of model data.
