摘要
本文旨在分析2021年11月成都二手房房价的影响因素.从2021年国家统计局发布的70个大中城市房价数据中,发现2021年11月成都二手房价格同比上涨3.1%,是全国所有一二线城市中上涨幅度比较大的城市.本文探讨了影响成都二手房价格的多个因素,运用多元数据统计模型进行了深入分析.研究结果为潜在成都二手房购房者提供了一份购房决策参考,旨在增强其对当地二手房市场现状和未来趋势的理解.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of second-hand house prices in November 2021 in Chengdu.From the data on house prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2021,it is found that the price of second-hand houses in Chengdu rose by 3.1%year-on-year in November 2021,which is a relatively large increase in all first-and second-tier cities in the country.This paper explores multiple factors affecting second-hand home prices in Chengdu,and uses multivariate data statistical modeling to conduct an in-depth analysis.The findings provide a reference for potential Chengdu second-hand home buyers to make home purchase decisions,aiming to enhance their understanding of the current situation and future trends of the local second-hand housing market.
