摘要
本文分析了在大数据时代基层社会治理创新存在缺乏主观能动性、数据信息的交换与共享应用不足、人才匮乏、个人信息隐私泄露风险加大的问题.对此,针对大数据背景下如何创新基层社会治理提出以下四方面对策:树立大数据治理意识;健全数据共享与开放机制;培养复合型大数据人才;加强数据信息安全监管.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems of lack of subjective initiative,insufficient application of data and information exchange and sharing,lack of talents,and increased risk of personal information privacy leakage in grassroots social governance innovation in the era of big data.In this regard,the following four countermeasures are proposed for how to innovate grassroots social governance in the context of big data:establish the awareness of big data governance;improve the mechanism of data sharing and openness;cultivate composite big data talents;and strengthen the supervision of data information security.
