Discussion on the Implementation Path of Whole Process Cost Control in Electric Power Engineering
The whole process cost control includes three stages:before, during and after.Among them, the ex ante cost control is responsible for by the design unit, including investigation, drawing and budget estimation;the ex post cost control occurs in the construction process, which determines the degree of matching between the actual cost and the planned cost;the ex post cost control occurs in the completion and acceptance link, which affects the project audit. In the implementation of the whole process of cost control,it is necessary to distinguish the main and secondary, focusing on the key stages and links,in order to improve the value of the application,to ensure a stable and reliable power supply.
