摘要

血糖监测为糖尿病管理的重要手段,目前已经开发了一系列的葡萄糖生物传感器.在过去的50年中,葡萄糖生物传感器技术(包括连续血糖监测系统和无创血糖监测系统)得到了显著改进.然而,在实现准确可靠的血糖监测方面仍然存在一些挑战,需要进一步改进葡萄糖生物传感器技术,以实现更加专一、稳定以及人性化的血糖监测系统.因此本文综述了葡萄糖生物传感器的基本原理及现状.

Abstract

Glucose monitoring is an important tool for diabetes management,and a range of glucose biosensors have been developed.Glucose biosensor technologies,including continuous glucose monitoring systems and noninvasive glucose monitoring systems,have improved significantly over the past 50 years.However,there are still some challenges in achieving accurate and reliable glucose monitoring,and further improvements in glucose biosensor technology are needed to achieve more dedicated,stable,as well as user-friendly glucose monitoring systems.Therefore,this paper reviews the basic principles and current status of glucose biosensors.
