摘要
随着数字化进程的迅猛发展,政府网络安全成为保障国家稳定和民众权益的紧迫任务.本文深入分析了网络安全整体态势包括不断升级的网络威胁、数据隐私问题、针对性攻击、全球跨界威胁等多个方面内容,以及政务网络安全情况摸排措施.接着揭示了网络安全管理制度和技术防护体系尚未完全建立的问题.为此,本文提出了优化网络安全的策略,包括健全网络安全管理体系、完善网络安全技术体系以及创新网络安全服务体系.以应对这些威胁并确保数字政府的安全稳定发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of digitization,government network security has become an urgent task to safeguard national stability and people's rights and interests.This paper analyzes in depth the overall cybersecurity posture including escalating cyber threats,data privacy issues,targeted attacks,global cross-border threats,and other aspects,as well as measures for mapping the security situation of governmental networks.It then reveals the problem that the network security management system and technical protection system have not yet been fully established.To this end,the paper proposes strategies to optimize network security,including a sound network security management system,an improved network security technology system,and an innovative network security service system.In order to cope with these threats and ensure the safe and stable development of digital government.
