Research and Development of Real-time Work Order Hierarchical Control System Based on Data Center
The impact of discrete work order data on work order control results in inaccurate statistics of work order data,leading to low system control efficiency.To address this issue,a real-time work order hierarchical control system based on a data center has been developed.The connection structure between the client and server is adopted to achieve free interaction of backend data.Design the middle platform structure,conduct multidimensional analysis based on the customer's selected work order data,and adjust the work order control threshold.Establish a work order data fitting model,perform weighted processing on the work order data,construct a fitting function using polynomial least squares segmented fitting processing method,and calculate the fitting results.Judge the relationship between the calculation results and the set threshold,and eliminate discrete data based on the judgment results.Designed a real-time work order hierarchical control process,achieving automatic grading of work order control difficulty.The experimental results show that the system's work order data statistics are accurate,with a control efficiency of up to 0.985,and a good control effect.
