Application of PLC Modular Programming in Hot Strip Mill Hydraulic Station
The PLC(programmable logic controller)program of traditional hydraulic stations often adopts a procedural programming method,which results in large and complicated code that is not conducive to problem solving and maintenance.This paper studied the application of PLC modular programming technology in the hydraulic station system of hot rolling mills,introduced the composition of the hydraulic station system,the basic knowledge of PLC modular programming,and provided a detailed description of the modular design of the hydraulic station system,including the architecture of program modules,the functional descriptions of each module,as well as the data exchange methods.The implementation method and application effect of PLC modular programming in the hydraulic station system are also explained.Through modular design and programming,the entire system becomes more standardized and maintainable,providing an effective program design idea for hydraulic stations and other process control systems.
